Our story

Dream House started because buying a home in Nepal was noisy: mixed USD listings, unverified brokers, and papers that did not match the site visit. We built a marketplace that quotes everything in NPR, verifies ownership, and stays with you through malpot, tax clearance and handover.

Today we cover Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Pokhara, Chitwan and growing Tarai cities — houses, apartments, villas, land and commercial floors.
