We collect the name, username, email, phone number and messages you submit, plus saved-home preferences tied to your account. We use this to operate the marketplace, verify listings, and contact you about inquiries in Nepal.

We do not sell personal data. Service providers who host our database process it only on our instructions. Sign-in with Google or X is handled through the platform’s auth broker; we receive a verified identity, not your social password.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account by writing to hello@dreamhouse.com.np. Some records related to a completed property transaction may be retained as required under Nepali law.
